It is a single-bay, narrow and long building. With a width of 5.60 m and a length of 52 m. It consists of 15 modules of 3.42 m (about 15 x 13 '3 ") in length.
On the ground floor (which must be older than the upper floor), the walls are two Castilian and half feet (697.5 mm, plus interior plaster and exterior plastering).
On the upper floor, the walls are of a Castilian foot (279 mm, plus inner plaster and exterior plastering), they leave a free light of approximately 4.94 m, since it has certain variations.
This building is part of the northern wall of the Weapons Factory, which adjoins one of a stretch of public road called Ecological Trail.
